Celebrating 2,500 Tokens

PB4L #Oresome Time

As a school-wide reward for getting 2,500 tokens learners were given the opportunity to do have some free-play time on Friday afternoon.

Having #Oresome time saw learners building with lego, creating with magnetic shapes, drawing, writing, playing games on the ipads, completing puzzles, and singing along to Disney tunes.

We all had a fantastic time and hope to earn another 2,500 tokens again soon!

A Fantastic Day!

Today, 19 May 2017, our school playground begun!  A group of learners went outside to watch as the workers took some great big logs off the back of a truck and placed them in our new playground.  Next some ore workers put a big fence around the outside of the new playground area.  The workers measured out the fence using their feet.  They took really big steps!  We counted four big steps between every yellow base.

What a fantastic time we had watching them.  We can't wait until the  playground is built!

Week 1 - Day 1

This term in LH4 we have changed the way we learn!  We all have new Hapu areas to work in, have two new Learning Coaches, are grouped Habitat-wide for iDevelop, and have a range of new and exciting learning experiences.

This term Lennon Hapu like that we get to change our groups and learn with others in the Habitat for maths and reading.  It is fun learning with other Learning Coaches and friends.

What we liked:

Leonardo liked that we moved places in the Habitat.  Ami liked doing writing because we were able to write about going on a trip.  VJ liked that we are all friends and had fun.  Riley-Collins liked that she was able to go to Drama club.

We look forward to more exciting days in LH4.
